What is the pricing for the Essential 1:1 package ?

Payment is made per session (or via automatic monthly billing if you choose the membership option).
How does the monthly membership work ?
The membership runs on a fixed rhythm — your choice of:
• 4 sessions per month (weekly)
• or 2 sessions per month (every other week)
It's commitment-free — you can adjust your rhythm or pause anytime.
Think of it as a " mental load free" format : everything is pre-booked and handled for you (sessions + billing), so you never have to plan or think logistics between sessions.
Typical flow :
Most clients start with weekly sessions to lay the foundations — then naturally shift to twice a month once their system feels more stable and self-regulated.
What’s the difference between the Premium Program and the Essentials paths ?
The Premium Program is a full, accelerated mind–body transformation— built for women who want deep realignment on all levels (energy, nervous system, biology, internal patterns) — with close, high-frequency support, co-led with functional nutritionist Estelle Castellanos, and active guidance between sessions..
It’s not about working on “a topic” — we rebuild your internal operating system from the ground up.
The Essentials track is still serious, structured work on emotional patterns and mental functioning — at a more flexible rhythm (no long-term commitment required).

Is this still relevant if I’ve already done therapy or coaching?
