the resilience code program

Your last therapy starts here.
The one that heals the root. Not the symptoms.

An integrative approach grounded in psychology, neurobiology, and functional biology because your results should match your ambition.

the resilience code program

You already have the strength.
The method is what was missing.

As a child, you were the one who could read the energy in a room before you even walked in.

You still do — except now everyone calls it emotional intelligence.

Career, family, crises — you don't just handle situations. You carry everyone's emotional weight through them.

That adaptive intelligence that kept you safe as a child? It's burning you out now.

Everyone sees how capable you are. No one sees what it costs to keep everything — and everyone — from falling apart.

Deep down

You start every day on autopilot. Not because you lack awareness — because it's the only way to keep going.

You say yes to avoid conflict, even when every part of you means noYou're not lying — you're just calculating the path of least relational resistance.

At night, your minds loops.Replaying scenes, words, silences — analyzing what you should have said, done, anticipated differently.

And somewhere underneath all of it, you secretly wish someone would just take over.Just once. Without you having to ask.

You've done the work. All of it.

Therapy. Breathwork. Every regulation tool you could find.
You showed up. You put in the effort. You kept going.

But no one ever explained why your nervous system stays on high alert — no matter how much work you do.

It's not a willpower problem.

Your old patterns snap back the moment something rubs you the wrong way. You know exactly where they come from. You've done the reading, the therapy, the inner work. And still — nothing shifts in the day-to-day.

Even your wellness routine has become just another thing to get right.Heal faster. Be more present. Become your best self. And underneath all of it, the same quiet question: why isn't this working?.

Because understanting something doesn't change it.Your brain doesn't rewire through insight.

You were treating the symptoms. Not the system.

It wasn’t you. It was the missing links in everything you tried.

The connection was missing

Your therapist addressed your past —

but never the biology underneath your mental health.

Your doctor addressed your fatigue —

but never the unresolved trauma driving it.

Your coach addressed your habits —

but never how to actually rewire your brain for lasting change.

If talking through were enough...

you'd feel better by now

I’m a trauma-informed practitioner trained in advanced neurobiology and functional health through leading U.S.-based programs. The clinical frameworks I use are still rare in the French-speaking world. I built this work to go where most approaches stop where the mind, the nervous system, and the body are shaping each other in real time.

What does that actually look like?

  • Integrative by design : I draw from multiple clinical tools based on your specific nervous system patterns. No rigid protocol. No one-size-fits-all roadmap.
  • Built around you : our work together is shaped by your history, your symptom profile, and the outcomes you want to create.
  • Body and mind, addressed together : we assess the biological terrain — sleep, digestion, inflammation, nutrient status — because without the right physiological support, your system cannot sustain psychological change.
  • Training, not just conversation Between sessions, you practice. Targeted nervous system reps. Structured exercises. Implementation tools. Your system learns to respond differently — not intellectually, but physiologically.

The goal? Autonomy. As we move forward, you integrate the tools and build the internal capacity to navigate on your own. By the end, even when life challenges you, you know how to regulate, respond, and move through it — without relying on me.

I’ve been developing this approach for nearly a decade. Over the years, it’s brought regular invitations to speak and teach in both public institutions and private settings.

what will your process look like ?

How our work unfolds

You're not here to talk about what's wrong.
You're here for structured work that creates real, lasting change.

The discovery call

This is where we meet

Everything starts with a free, no-commitment call.

This is a space for you to slow down and name what’s weighing on you right now — what keeps repeating, what’s draining you, what no longer works despite your effort.

On my end, I’ll walk you through how I work and why this approach may be different from what you’ve tried before.

You’ll have the space to ask your questions. And to get a real sense of whether this feels like the right fit.

Because this is collaborative work. If we both feel aligned and ready, we move forward.

Our work together begins

This is where the real work starts

Your program opens with a thorough clinical intake. This is where the work becomes precise and tailored to you.

We look at your history, of course. But we also assess what’s shaping your nervous system day to day sleep, digestion, inflammation, nutrient status, stress load, screen exposure, lifestyle patterns, and lab markers when relevant.

Why ? Because the body and the mind are one system. If your physiology lacks the resources required to produce and regulate neurotransmitters, your nervous system won’t settle — regardless of how committed you are to therapy.

As you share, we're already connecting the dots and mapping out the direction of our work together.

Sessions are dynamic, interactive, alive. We talk, we adjust, we work as a team — no performative neutrality, no one-sided monologue.

From the very first sessions, you leave with real takeaways. And regularly, you receive exercises built around your specific wiring — designed to train your brain to actually install change. Not just think about it.

And then one day ...

You've embodied the work. You're ready.

After a few months, it becomes clear the work is coming to a close — and your resilienceis steady.

Through consistent practice, you’ve built a steadiness that isn’t dependent on circumstances..

You know how to respond to triggers. How to care for yourself without slipping back into old patterns.

You didn’t just address what brought you here. You now have access to your full capacity — without burning yourself out to reach it..

Life keeps coming. But this time, you meet it with confidence and clarity.Because what you've built holds in real life — not just during the 4 days of a meditation retreat.

One day, you realize you don't need me anymore. You've reached what you came here for.

And that's exactly how we both know the work is complete.

They've done the work

A few examples of women I've worked with
(names have been changed to protect privacy)
Maya learned to disappear so everyone else would be okay.
From a young age, she learned to put other people’s needs ahead of her own.
Read her story →

When I first met Maya, she was exhausted. She had lost a parent early in life and took on adult responsibilities long before she should have. The years passed, but the pattern stayed the same. She overextended. She adapted. She stayed quiet to keep the peace.
On the outside, she holds it together. On the inside, she's running on empty.

She reaches out because she can feel it — this way of functioning is costing her deeply, and she knows she can't sustain it. She just had a daughter, and she already knows she doesn't want to pass this down.
She wants to be a cycle breaker.

The work focused on childhood wounds, moving out of over-adaptation, and learning to hold clear boundaries. The shift wasn't about doing more — it was about showing up differently. With less guilt. With a more solid sense of who she is.

Today, Maya commands respect without forcing it.
At work, she got a promotion — by doing less than before, simply by showing up with clarity and confidence. In her relationships, she chooses connections that align with who she's become. She feels more at peace in her motherhood, and more grounded facing whatever comes next.

Justine comes in after a burnout. Her body is in a near-constant state of alert — chronic tension, waking up exhausted, unable to feel safe in intimacy. The violence she experienced installed an immediate defense response.
Her body braces before her mind has a chance to catch up.

In relationships and at work, she shrinks, avoids friction, over-adapts to keep things from escalating. She understands a lot about where it comes from. But in daily life, the same reflexes keep showing up.

The work started with restoring safety in her nervous system — then processing the trauma responses her body was still holding. Alongside that, she learned to show up differently: speaking without over-explaining, holding her ground when tension rises, staying present in her body.

Today, Justine is no longer operating in survival mode.
She’s no longer afraid of conflict and knows how to engage when it’s necessary. Her relationship to her body and her sexuality has shifted significantly — she’s no longer in avoidance, but in choice, presence, and genuine pleasure. She carries herself differently now. Steady. Clear. Secure in who she is.

Inès is running on empty — all the time. She sleeps, but wakes up exhausted. Her mind loops through the night. By late afternoon, her body is reaching for sugar just to push through, which turns into episodes of overeating she feels deeply ashamed of.

On paper, everything looks good. A “healthy” vegetarian diet. Regular workouts. Strong discipline. She’s convinced the anxiety is a mindset issue — something she should be able to fix if she just tries harder.

But when we took a closer look — a thorough intake, a review of her labs — the picture changed. Her nutrition and daily rhythms weren’t supporting her physiology.
Her nervous system was running under constant strain — not from lack of effort, but from lack of fuel.

Adjusting her nutrition, circadian rhythm, and a few key daily habits shifted things faster than she expected. Sleep became restorative again. The anxiety quieted. The cravings stopped.
Inès was never “anxious.” Her body simply didn’t have the physical resources to feel safe.

who i am

Marine Wambre

I've been there — and built my work around it.

From an early age, I lived what an unregulated nervous system actually feels like from the inside:
hypervigilance, constant adaptation, emotional control.
Mechanisms I learned to analyze, understand, and name — without being able to turn them off in real life.

I spent years searching for a way through. I read everything I could find. But something essential was always missing :
The how. Not the theory — the actual path to change.

The turning point came when I became pregnant with my first child. I had a few short months to figure out how not to pass on what I had lived through.
That urgency changed everything. It pushed me to focus on what actually works —
to learn and practice what creates real change, not just insight.

I found my answers. Then I trained, and built my work around them.

Here's what I know now: people don't stay stuck because they lack awareness or motivation. They stay stuck
because they've been given partial answers to a systemic + neurobiological problem— one that's far more rooted in the body than most people realize.

And most of the time, they are women. Women who were built to adapt, stay quietand absorb until there's nothing left.

I chose to work with them for exactly this reason. Because when a woman leaves survival mode, it's not just her life that shifts — it's everything around her.

I believe individual transformation is political. A woman who reclaims her place changes far more than her own life.
And that, concretely, is how we move the needle. For ourselves, and for the generations coming after us.

True healing only happens when your body and mind work as one

It's for you if...

You're ready to take action

You want to move forward step by step, put the work into practice, and grow in a lasting way — even when it's uncomfortable.

You’re looking for a results-driven approach

You're here for solutions — not to rehash your past or keep cycling through the same patterns.

You're done with surface-level fixes

You’re here for the real work — the kind that shakes what needs to change and rebuilds what deserves to last.

This program isn't for you if...

You're looking for a magic pill

You expect a quick fix that requires no effort, no change, and no real commitment.

You're waiting to be rescued

You want someone else to do the work for you — you keep putting things off and expecting results anyway.

You're stuck in victim mindset

You’d rather blame others than face your own responsibility — and you’re not fully honest with yourself yet.

Your mental health requires medical care

This program isn’t suitable if you’re navigating active psychiatric conditions, identity disorders, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD), eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia), or a history of suicidal thoughts or behavior.

Sessions are 45mn long but please keep a full hour available in your schedule.Occasionally, we may run slightly over, and we also take a few minutes afterward to review next steps and schedule the following session.

Yes., you can begin with the option that feels right and adjust as your needs evolve.

Many clients prefer a more consistent rhythm at first to move through the intake thoroughly and implement early shifts.
It helps us build a strong foundation from the start.

Ultimately, the pace is flexible. You choose the level of support that aligns with your needs, energy, and budget.

Timing varies, but it’s usually a matter of weeks.

It largely depends on your availability. The more flexibility you have in your schedule, the easier it is to match you with an open time as soon as one becomes available.

During the consultation call, I’ll give you a more accurate estimate based on your situation and my current schedule.

In general, sessions are held weekly for the Advanced format, and every other week for the Essential format.

The pace can be adjusted to fit your schedule and needs.

Yes. Brief check-ins are possible between sessionswhen needed, within the scope of our ongoing work.

This space is intended for :

  • a very specific question

  • a minor adjustment

  • or a brief clarification

Messages should remain written (no voice notes), concise, and limited to one or two exchanges between sessions.
This does not replace sessions and is not intended for ongoing emotional processing over message.

There is no fixed duration.
The work moves at your pace, based on your needs and progress. The goal is to help you build lasting autonomy — not to keep you in ongoing therapy indefinitely.
L’objectif est de vous rendre progressivement autonome, pas de vous inscrire dans un suivi sans fin.

After we complete our work together, single sessions may remain available as needed for follow-ups or specific situations. (€75 per session)

Yes.Bloodwork is part of the framework and supports the mind-body approach.

It often provides valuable insight (sometimes into the missing pieces that have made change difficult so far !) If you already have recent labs that include the requested markers, there’s no need to repeat them.

Bloodwork is used as an informative toolalongside the therapeutic process. It does not replace medical care and is not a substitute for working with a physician.

This work does not replace medical care and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

It focuses on the mind-body mechanisms that directly influence stress, anxiety, burnout, and your capacity to recover — including nervous system regulation, physiological resources involved in neurotransmitter production, and foundational lifestyle factors.

For more complex health concerns — such as hormonal imbalances, persistent digestive issues, or autoimmune conditions — an additional functional health component may be recommended in collaboration with Estelle Castellanos.

This option, called Heal360, integrates therapeutic work with a deeper focus on biology and functional nutrition.

It is available by referral and following evaluation, to ensure it is appropriate and aligned with your needs.

In all cases, this work is complementary to medical care, not a replacement for it.
